摘要
针对金川矿山采用棒磨砂充填法采矿存在充填骨料成本高且供应不足等问题,提出在棒磨砂中掺入破碎废石的充填采矿方案。通过混合骨料的胶结充填体强度试验,研究废石掺量、胶砂比及料浆浓度对充填体强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:胶砂比和料浆质量浓度是影响胶结充填体强度的主要因素;废石掺量对胶结充填体强度也产生影响,随着废石掺量的增加,充填体强度呈下降趋势。在金川矿山充填采矿技术条件下,当料浆质量浓度为82%,胶砂比为1∶4时,30%的废石掺量胶结充填体3d和7d强度分别达到3.6MPa和6.81 MPa,满足金川矿山安全采矿要求。
According to the high cost and short supply of ag- gregate in rod-mill sand backfill mining of Jinchuan mine, a new filling method that adding the crushed waste rocks into the rod-mill sand was proposed. By the strength tests on ce- mented filling body for combined aggregate, the influences of waste rock content, cement-sand ratio and slurry concen- tration on the strength of filling body were studied. The test results showed that the cement-sand ratio and slurry concen- tration were the main influencing factors. And the waste rock content also affected the strength of cementing filling body. The strength of filling body tended to decrease with the in- crease of waste rock. Considering the backfill mining techni-cal conditions in Jinchuan, the strength of cemented filling body in 3 days and 7 days can respectively reach to 3.6 MPa and 6.81 MPa with the slurry concentration of 82~, cement- sand ratio of 1 : 4 and waste rock content of 30 %, which can meet the safety requirements of Jinchuan mine.
