摘要
目的:在分析史密斯SY-1200输液泵工作原理的基础上,结合多年质量控制工作经验,制订输液泵流速校准方法与临床安全管理措施。方法:对比2013-2015年医院计量室对SY-1200输液泵流速进行质量控制的结果,利用检测仪对其进行流速校准,分析探讨临床使用过程中出现的安全问题,制定相应解决措施。结果:通过运用检测仪校准方法进行定期校准以及规范使用管理、加强培训与考核,注重维护保养等安全措施,有效解决了SY-1200输液泵流速校准及在临床使用中的安全管理问题。结论:建立SY-1200输液泵流速校准方法及临床安全管理措施,能够确保医院的诊疗安全,提升医院的医疗质量。
Objective: To establish flow velocity calibration methods and clinical safety management measures of infusion pump combing with years of working experience in quality control on the basis of mastering the working principle of Smith SY-1200 infusion pump. Methods: Calibrated its flow velocity using the infusion pump detector by contrasting SY-1200 infusion pump quality control results in recent years, summarized the security problems in clinical application, and formulated solving measures. Results: Solved the flow velocity calibration and clinical safety management problems of SY-1200 infusion pump through the detector calibration method and lots of safety measures such as standardizing management, strengthening the training and assessment of operating personals and maintenance. Conclusion: It ensured the safety of the treatment and promoted the medical quality of the hospital by the flow velocity calibration method of SY-1200 infusion pump and clinical safety management measures.
