摘要
目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年7月—2014年7月160例高血压病合并冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组患者口服阿托伐他汀钙片,观察组患者口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片。观察2组患者的血压及血脂变化情况。结果:治疗6个月后,2组患者的收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组降低幅度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压病合并冠心病,可明显改善患者的血压及血脂,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Amlodipine and Atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. METHODS： 160 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted from Jul. 2013 to Jul. 2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 80 cases in each. The control group were treated with oral Atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the observation group received oral Amlodipine and Atorvastatin calcium tablets. The changes of blood pressure and blood fat in two groups were observed. RESULTS： After treatment of 6 months,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure of two groups decreased significantly,and the falling range of observation group was better than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Compared with before treatment,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,low density lipoprotein cholesterin and high density lipoprotein cholesterol had been significantly improved after treatment,and the improvement in observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups. CONCLUSIONS： Amlodipine and Atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the blood pressure and blood fat with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
