麻疹患儿血清细胞因子和可溶性白细胞介素2受体与病情严重程度的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨麻疹患儿血清细胞因子、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)与病情严重程度的相关性,为麻疹的临床诊治提供参考依据。方法选取2012年1月-2015年10月在医院诊治136例麻疹患儿为麻疹组,同期门诊健康儿童50名为对照组,比较两组受试儿童相关指标,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果麻疹组患儿白细胞介素-4、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C-反应蛋白及sIL-2R分别为(43.22±9.78)ng/L、(113.77±24.71)ng/L、(13.59±4.17)mg/L及(553.67±142.81)U/ml,均高于对照组(11.05±3.88)ng/L、(55.32±13.40)ng/L、(5.32±2.15)mg/L及(143.32±68.95)U/ml,干扰素-γ为(81.15±7.92)ng/L低于对照组(110.92±20.41)ng/L,结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻疹患儿血清IL-4、TNF-α、CRP、sIL-2R均升高,IFN-γ降低,提示存在免疫抑制,并发肺炎及肝功能损害时变化更为明显。 OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation of measles children'serum cytokines,soluble interleukin-2receptor(sIL-2R)and the disease severity,and to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of measles.METHODS A total of 136 cases in hospital diagnosed and treated as measles from Jan 2012 to Oct 2015 were selected as the research objects(measles group),and 50 cases of clinic healthy children in the same period were selected as control objects(control group),and the correlation indicators of two groups were compared.The results were analyzed by software SPSS 19.0.RESULTS The interleukin(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),C-creative protein(CRP),sIL-2Rof measles group were(43.22±9.78)ng/L,(113.77±24.71)ng/L,(13.59±4.17)ng/L,and(553.67±142.81)U/ml,higher than those of control group,which were(11.05±3.88)ng/L,(55.32±13.40)ng/L,(5.32±2.15)ng/L,and(143.32±68.95)U/ml,while interferon gamma(IFN-γ)of the measles group was(81.15±7.92)ng/L less than that of control group,which was(110.92±20.41)ng/L.The differences were significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION When children with measles rise the following indicators:IL-4,TNF-α,CRP,sIL-2R,and IFN-γis reduced,it prompts immunosuppression.If pneumonia and liver function damage happens,changes are more obvious.
