抑郁症发病炎性机制的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 抑郁症是最常见的精神障碍之一。自20世纪60年代起，研究者们陆续从遗传、神经生化、神经内分泌以及神经免疫等方面提出了诸多病因假说，但迄今为止仍未完全清楚。Maes等于1999年提出了抑郁症的神经免疫炎性学说。自此，炎性介质与抑郁症的关系得到了广泛的研究。
