摘要
L区块油层物性差、层内矛盾突出、注水网络不完善,导致整体开采效果差,低产低效井多,严重制约长期高产、稳产。针对此问题,分析了低产低效井出现的主要原因,并提出针对性的治理措施。研究结果表明,研究区低产低效井主要表现为低液量及高含水。通过该区块地质因素与开发因素的研究,发现低产低效井出现的原因主要为储层物性差、非均质性强、注水滞后、天然裂缝发育、油层伤害及出砂等,从而针对性地提出了完善注采网络、改善水驱系统、提高注采对应率、加强注水、酸化解堵、技术改层、间歇采油及提捞采油等治理措施。通过治理减少了低产低效井的数量,提高了平均单井产量。综合递减率、自然递减率同比分别下降2.1个百分点和1.8个百分点。该研究措施对相邻区块治理低产低效井,降低递减率有着借鉴意义。
L block has been featured with poor physical properties,prominent contradictions within formation,imperfect water injection network,which resulted in poor production efficiency due to many low-yield wells existed,seriously restricted the plan of high yield and stable yield for a long time.In order to solve these problems,the main reasons of low yield and low efficiency in the wells have been analyzed,and put forward the concret control measures.Research results showed that the low yield and low efficiency wells in the study area mainly manifested as low liquid volume and high water cut.By studying the geological factors and development factor of the block,the main reasons for low yield and low efficiency of wells have been found,including poor physical properties,strong heterogeneity,delayed in water injection,rich in natural fractures,reservoir damage and sand production,etc;the control measures include improving the injection and production network as well as water flooding system,raising the correspondence rate of injection and production,the strengthening water injection,acidizing for plug removal,reservoir reconstruction,intermittent production and bailing production,etc.The control measures have reduced the number of low yield and low efficiency wells,and reised the average output of single well.Comprehensive decline rate and natural decline rate were reduced by 2.1% and 1.8% year on year respectively.The research measures can provide a reference for controlling low yield and low efficiency wells as well as lowering the decline rate in adjacent blocks.
