摘要
通过室内试验、理论分析及现场监测,进行了泥浆置换充填施工参数、水泥浆缓凝剂配比、马头门水压力特性的研究。掌握了泥浆置换高度与缓凝水泥浆的调浆系数的确定方法。发现缓凝水泥浆在水灰比为1.5-1.7、缓凝剂加量为7%以上时,浆液性能最优。
Laboratory test, theory analysis and field monitoring were conducted to study the construction parameter of drilling mud replacing infilling,the best ratio of cement retarder and the water pressure characteristic of ingate. The certain methods of drilling mud replacing height and mixing coefficient were grasped. The performance of slurry is optimum when water and cement ratio is 1.5-1.7 and the addition of retarder is over 7%.
