摘要
高校智库具备学术资源和智力资源的独特优势,在构建中国特色新型智库体系中发挥着重要作用。大数据是把双刃剑,在对高校智库发展带来前所未有的机遇的同时,也对高校智库治理机制提出了新的挑战。在大数据环境下,高校智库需要克服数据共享意识缺乏、战略定位不明确、缺乏有效的成果转化和对外合作机制、激励机制不足等突出问题,并从发展理念、战略定位、运行机制、评价机制等四个方面进行创新和变革,才能有效推动我国高校智库的发展路径转型,实现高校智库的良性发展。
The think tank of colleges and universities, which plays an important role in constructing new think tank system with Chinese characteristics, has the unique advantages of academic resources and intellectual resources. Big data is a double-edged sword, which brings unprecedented opportunities in the development of colleges＇ think tank, at the same time, puts forward a new challenge to the governance mechanism of the think tank in colleges and universities. Under the environment of big data, colleges＇ think tank of colleges and universities needs to overcome the problems such as the lack of awareness of data sharing, unclear strategic positioning, lack of effective achievements transformation and foreign cooperation mechanism, and lack of incentive mechanism. Through innovation and revolution from the concept of development, strategic positioning, operation mechanism, and evaluation mechanism, the path transformation of Chinese colleges＇ think tank can be promoted effectively, and realize the development of Chinese colleges＇ think tank.
