摘要
提出一种应用于传统变电站智能化改造中的过程层设备平滑接入方案,分别从系统结构、通讯组网方案、功能配置以及内部数据的交互协同模式等多角度对该系统设备进行研究。在系统硬件设计的基础上,对信号数据流进行分析说明。为了满足大容量数据的接入,实现集成采集与控制,对SV、GOOSE的发送进行对应的硬件设计;并以该硬件系统构架为基础,建立数据总线、IO总线、校时总线以及管理总线等多层次的总线结构。该方案可以实现大容量数据接入与控制的同时满足变电站智能化改造过程中的平滑切换接入。
A smooth switch access scheme of the process level equipment is proposed, which is applied in the intelligent reconstruction of the traditional substation. The study is carried in various views such as the system structure, the communication network solution, the functional configuration, and the interactive companion mode of the data. Based on the system hardware design, the signal data flow analysis is also showed. In order to meet the demand of signal access of large quantity and the integrated acquisition and control, the hardware is designed for SV and GOOSE sending and receiving, and based on this hardware system structure, a multi-bus framework is set up including LVDS bus, IO bus, GPS bus, and the management bus. The scheme realizes large quantity data access and control, meanwhile meets the demand of smooth switch access during the substation intelligent reconstruction.
