摘要
电絮凝是一种环境友好型水处理技术,在城市污水处理厂尾水的深度处理上,具有较好的应用前景。为了考察电絮凝法在城市污水处理厂尾水处理方面的处理效果,以氧化沟工艺的出水为处理对象,考察了在不同反应条件下,电絮凝技术对尾水中COD、TN和TP的去除效果。结果表明,电絮凝技术对城市污水处理厂尾水中的各污染物处理效果较为理想,在电极间距为20 mm,电流密度为25 A/m2,电絮凝时间为20 min时,处理效果最佳,对COD、TN、TP、SS及色度的去除率分别达到74.5%、62.3%,73.5%、76.4%和50%,出水能够满足城市杂用水水质标准(GB/T 18920-2002)中冲厕、道路清扫、消防以及绿化等回用要求。
As an environmental friendly technology,electro coagulation application on the advanced treatment of wastewater treatment plant tail water,has good prospects. To improve the treatment efficiency of wastewater treatment plant tail water by electro coagulation method, the electro coagulation process was developed for effluent of oxidation ditch process. The removal efficiency of COD ,total nitrogen, total phosphorus under the different conditions was investigated. The results showed that the removal efficiency of the pollutants by the electro coagulation was very satisfactory. The optimal result was obtained under the conditions of plate spacing of 20 mm, electrolytic time of 20 min and current density of 25 A/m^2. The removal rates of COD, total nitrogen, total phosphorus SS and chroma reached 74.5%, 62.3%, 73.5%, 76.4% and 50% respectively. The water quality by electro coagulation treatment met the standard of Urban miscellaneous water quality (GB/T 18920-2002), can be reused for flushing, cleaning roads, fire and green.
