摘要
在分析"现代食品加工新技术"实验教学存在问题的基础上,应用翻转课堂的教学模式,分解教学目标、设计教学过程和优化教学内容,以更好地培养学生的科学素质、创新意识和技术应用能力。
In order to develop students＇ scientific quality, innovation and technology applications, the existing problems of experiment teaching of New Technology of Modern Food Processing are first analyzed in this paper. Then the teaching objectives are resolved, teaching processes are designed, and teaching contents are optimized by applying flipped classroom teaching mode.
