摘要
介绍了一种面向调度操作的实时风险防控系统的体系结构和功能构成。系统以操作票智能校核为核心,融合PAS功能模块,诸如潮流计算、拓扑分析等,完成了基于逻辑防误、规程约束、安全断面约束、设备参数约束、梯级水库调度约束和计划检修时序约束等多约束条件下的调度操作风险辨识,最后通过风险预控知识库生成风险预控措施。实现了图形开票、操作票预演和校核、逻辑防误、安全分析和预控方案生成的完整体系。
This paper introduces the architecture and functional structure of a real-time risk prevention and control sys- tem for operational security control. This system bases on operation order checking, in which power flow calculation and topology analysis are fused. The operational risk identification function is realized, which based on logic protection ,opera- tion sequence,control sections,device parameters,reservoir dispatching,planned overhaul time sequence. Finally, the pre -control measures are generated through functions such as graphics aided operation -control measures generation. the pre-control knowledge base.
