摘要
目的观察化湿行瘀清热方剂治疗的口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者的临床疗效,并分析其唾液白蛋白、分泌型IgA水平。方法 30例OLP患者(观察组)采用化湿行瘀清热方剂水煎取汁200 m L,早晚各1次,1剂/d,共治疗8周,观察疗效。同时选择30例健康者为对照组。分别采集观察组治疗前后和对照组的唾液标本,检测唾液白蛋白(ALB)、分泌型IgA(s IgA)。结果治疗后观察组显效16例、有效11例、无效3例,治疗总有效率90%(27/30)。治疗前观察组唾液ALB水平高于对照组,s IgA水平低于对照组,P均<0.05;与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组唾液ALB水平降低,s IgA水平升高,P均<0.05。结论化湿行瘀清热方剂治疗OLP疗效较好,可降低患者唾液白蛋白、提高s IgA水平。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huashi Xingyu Qingre decoction（ HXQD） in treatment of oral lichen planus（ OLP）,and to analyze the effects of HXQD on the content of OLP patients＇ ALB and secretory IgA（sIgA） in saliva. Methods Thirty cases of OLP patients（ observation group） were treated by HXQD,200 m L,once respectively each morning and evening,agent 1 / d,and for 8 weeks. Meanwhile,30 healthy people were selected as the control group. The saliva samples of OLP patients and healthy people were collected to detect serum albumin and s IgA in saliva before and after treatment. Results After treatment,16 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 90%（ 27 /30）. OLP The level of ALB in saliva was higher and s IgA was lower in observation group than that of the control group before treatment（ all P〈 0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,the content of ALB was decreased after treatment,while the level of s IgA was increased,and the differences were statistically significant（ all P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions HXQD has significant clinical effect on OLP,and it can reduce ALB and increase s IgA in OLP patients＇ saliva.
