摘要
丰探15井是某油田在苏北盆地东台坳陷白驹凹陷洋心次凹深凹带白2井东构造布置的一口定向预探井,属于苏北盆地东台坳陷白驹凹陷洋心次凹深凹带白2井东构造-岩性圈闭构造。针对固井技术难点,为进一步提升苏北油区深井、探井固井质量,探索使用新工艺新方法,在丰探15井首次尝试采用双胶塞固井工艺。其原理是注前置液前压入空心胶塞刮净内壁上的残留泥浆,注水泥浆后压入实心胶塞刮净管壁上残留的水泥浆,避免套管内套管外钻井液与水泥浆的混窜,有效地保证固井质量。通过应用双胶塞固井工艺,配套井眼钻进控制技术、通井技术、井眼清洁措施、固井液技术、替浆技术等,安全顺利地完成了丰探15井固井施工。丰探15井应用结果表明,应用双胶塞固井工艺固井质量优质,效果显著,达到了预期的效果。
Fengtan 15 well is a directional exploration well in structural-lithologic trap located in east of Bai 2 well in Yangxin sub-sag deep-sag zone of Baiju Sag of Dongtai Depression in Subei Basin. In order to further enhance the cementing quality of deep exploration wells in Jiangsu Oilfield, the double rubber plug cementing technology is applied to Fengtan 15 well. The principle of the double rubber plug cementing technology is to press into a hollow rubber plug to scrape the residual mud on the inner wall and then to press into a sol- id rubber plug to scrape the residual cement slurry on the inner wall after injecting cement slurry in order to avoid the mixing of drilling fluid in the inside of casing with the cement slurry in the outside of casing, which can effectively ensure the cementing quality. The ce- menting construction of Fengtan 15 well is safely and successfully finished through the combination of the double rubber plug cementing technology with borehole drilling control technique, well-through technique, borehole washing measure, cementing fluid technique and mud displacement technique. The application result to Fengtan 15 well shows that the cementing quality using the double rubber plug cementing technology is high, and it achieves to the desired result.
