不同茶树树型改造模式下茶叶品质特点的分析 被引量:3

摘要 以传统台地茶园种植模式为对照,比较研究了3种茶树树型改造模式(密植留养改造模式T1、藤状树型改造模式T2、伞状或球状树型改造模式T3)下茶树的生长状况及茶叶的内在品质。试验结果表明:T3模式下茶树的树高、树幅、骨干枝粗度、芽长及百芽重均高于其他3种模式下的,其茶鲜叶及成茶的生化成分也明显优于其他3种模式下的,其感官品质审评得分也最高。因此,在伞状或球状树型改造模式下茶树生长状况及茶叶品质较好,该模式值得推广应用。 Using the traditional planting mode of tableland tea as check,the author compared the growth status of tea tree and the inherent quality of tea leaves under 3 different modes of tea tree transformation( high- density tree transformation mode T1,vine-like tree transformation mode T2,and umbrell-like or spherical tree transformation mode T3). The test results showed that: the tree height,tree width,main branch thickness,bud length and 100-bud weight of tea tree under T3 mode were all higher than those under other 3 modes; the biochemical compositions and sensory quality evaluation score of both fresh tea leaves and made dry tea leaves under T3 mode were also significantly better than those under the other modes. Therefore,under umbrell-like or spherical tree transformation mode,both the growth status of tea tree and the quality of tea leaves were better,and this mode could be popularized and applied.
