摘要
目的 评价心理护理在ICU护理中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2015年2月-2016年1月收治的68例ICU病房患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予患者心理护理措施,对比两组的护理满意度及心理评分。结果 观察组心理评分为（89.36±1.24）分,护理满意度为97.06%,两项分值均高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论 心理护理在ICU护理中的应用效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing in ICU nursing. Methods From February 2015 to January 2016, 68 cases of ICU patients as the object of study were randomly divided into two groups, control group were given routine nursing, observation group on the basis of routine nursing measures of patients with psychological nursing, compared to two groups of nursing satisfaction and psychological score. Results The observation group psychological score （89.36±1.24） points, nursing satisfaction 97.06%, were higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing in ICU nursing is remarkable.
