单、双侧钢板内固定术对胫骨平台骨折的疗效分析 被引量:1

The Effect of Single and Double Plate Internal Fixation on Tibial Plateau Fractures

摘要 目的 针对单、双侧钢板内固定术对胫骨平台骨折疗效进行分析,比较两种方法的疗效差异。方法 对2013年5月-2015年5月于赤峰市医院骨科进行胫骨平台骨折手术的96例患者,按照手术方式分别设置为观察组和对照组,观察组患者行双侧钢板内固定术,对照组患者行单侧钢板内固定术。结果 观察组住院时间为(9.73±3.57)d,对照组住院时间为(16.66±3.09)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.942,P〈0.01)。结论 双侧钢板内固定术优于单侧钢板内固定术,骨折愈合时间及住院时间短,膝关节功能恢复较好。 Objective To compare the curative effect of single and double plate internal fixation for tibial plateau fractures, and to compare the difference of the two methods. Methods from May 2013 to May 2015 in Chifeng City Hospital of orthopaedics of tibial plateau fracture surgery of 96 patients, according to the mode of operation are respectively arranged into the observation group and the control group, the observation group were treated with double plate internal fixation and control group underwent unilateral plate internal fixation. Results the hospitalization time of observation group was (9.73±3.57) d, and the length of hospital stay was (16.66±3.09) d, the difference was statistically significant (t=9.942, P〈0.01). Conclusion Double plate internal fixation is better than unilateral plate fixation, fracture healing time and hospitalization time is short, the knee joint function recovery is better.
