摘要
作为医院最关键的部门之一,医务部对医院的管理起着重要的作用,为保证医院的管理质量,必须对医务部进行精细化的管理。结合目前医院工作复杂化程度不断加大的实际情况,实行精细化管理有很大的现实意义,只有做好医务部的管理工作,才能使其它工作能够顺利的进行。为此笔者结合工作经验,就医务部的管理进行探讨,望能促进该领域的发展。
As one of the most important departments of the hospital,the medical department of the hospital management plays a major role,in order to ensure the quality of the hospital management must be fine management of the medical department. Combined with the hospital complex degree of increasing the actual situation,the implementation of fine management more great practical significance,only do a good job in the management work of the medical department,in order to make the other work can be carried out smoothly. In this paper,the author combined with many years of work experience, on the medical management of the discussion,hope to promote the development of the neighborhood.
