Research on Network Slicing Technology Supporting Multi-service

摘要 当前运营商在流量经营方面,所面临的每比特投资增长和收益增长间的"剪刀差"问题日益明显,有较为迫切的多业务发展需求。相较于单一的流量经营,多业务的发展要求网络灵活适应多种通信场景,此背景下网络切片成为重要技术。提出了一种创新网络切片方案,通过利用目前正在兴起的网络功能虚拟化(NFV)的架构框架与设计原则,可以有效支持运营商基于需求的面向多业务的软件定义基础设施,帮助移动运营商在当前竞争激烈的市场上,通过利用基于服务并可开放给第三方应用的网络切片来提升利润率,加强产业合作。 For the current data traffic business,network operators are facing the problem of“scissors difference”between the growth of investment and revenue per bit,which brings an urgent need for multi-service development. Compared with the simplex traf-fic management,the development of multi-service requires the network to flexibly adapt to a variety of communication sce-narios,which makes network slicing a key technique against this background. A novel network slicing solution is presented that effectively supports on-demand and multi-service oriented software defined infrastructure for network operators by le-veraging the emerging NFV architecture framework and design principles. By utilizing the service oriented and third-party appli-cation/service openable network slices,network operators can enhance their profit margin in a competitive market and strengthen industrial cooperation.
