摘要
建立一维热电模块的瞬态传热模型,考虑赛贝克效应、帕尔贴效应、焦耳热效应和汤姆孙效应,分析其瞬态传热和发电过程特性。模拟热电模块的瞬态传热过程,得到一维热电模块随时间变化的温度分布,获得起始与稳定下的温度分布曲线形状。在冷热端条件不同情况下,分析热电模块瞬态传热过程的温度分布,并对热电模块的电动势、闭合回路电流和最大输出功率在瞬态传热情况下进行研究。
In this paper a one-dimensional transient heat-transfer model of thermoelectric generator was given.The analysis of the performance of transient heat-transfer and power generating was implemented by taking into accountthe Seebeck effect, Pehier effect, Joule heating and Thomson effect. Simulating the transient heat-transfer process of TEG, the temperature distribution followingthe time has been acquired and getting the curves of temperature distribution in the beginning and the stabilization.Under different cold and hot conditions, the temperature distribution of the transient heat-transfer process of TEG was analyzed. Research the electromotive force, the current and the maximum power of TEG in the transient heat-transfer process.
