摘要
目的:观察复方樟柳碱注射液对后期视网膜中央动脉阻塞(CRAO)的疗效。方法:将32例32眼后期CRAO患者随机分成两组,A组16例16眼入院后给予改善微循环药物治疗,B组16例16眼入院后除给予上述治疗外,再给予颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱注射液,比较两组在治疗2周及5周后最佳矫正视力、OCT检查黄斑水肿的情况以及视野变化。结果:B组在注射复方樟柳碱注射液后2周及5周最佳矫正视力、OCT检查黄斑水肿的高度及范围以及视野变化均较A组有明显改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方樟柳碱注射液对后期视网膜中央动脉阻塞仍有明显疗效,对就诊较晚的患者依然推荐使用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of compound anisodine injection on treating late central retinal artery occlusion( CRAO). Methods: A total of 32 patients( 32 eyes) with late CRAO were divided into two groups :Group A of 16 patients( 16 eyes) were routinely treated with improving circulation drugs,and the group B of 16 patients( 16 eyes) were treated with compound anisodine injection by hypodermic injection beside superficial temporal artery plus the routine treatment in group A. The best corrected visual acuity、the macula edema in OCT and the change of visual field after two weeks and five weeks of treatment were compared between two groups. Results: After using the compound anisodine injection,the best corrected visual acuity、the macula edema in OCT and the visual field after two weeks and five weeks of group B were more obviously improved than group A. There were significant statistically differences between two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: There is notable curative effect on late CRAO after using compound anisodine injection,which is recommended to use in delayed CRAO in clinic.
