摘要
目的探讨鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗急性上呼吸道感染儿童的临床疗效。方法 2014年7月-2015年6月在我院儿科临床确诊为急性上呼吸道感染并伴有发热的患儿162例,随机分为两组,观察组81例,对照组81例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组除接受常规治疗外加用鼻腔冲洗治疗。记录两组病例治疗后的热退时间、抗生素使用天数、咳嗽时间、流涕时间,对比分析两组病例的以上指标。结果治疗后比较,观察组最高体温(38.83±0.52)℃,热退时间(28.06±16.32)h,抗生素使用天数(1.73±1.89)d,住院天数(4.07±1.10)d,住院费用(1087.15±268.43)元,少于对照组最高体温(39.02±0.55)℃,热退时间(39.49±19.1)h,抗生素使用天数(2.58±1.90)d,住院天数(4.60±1.09)d,住院费用(1226.73±347.15)元,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组咳嗽时间(23.89±10.60)h及流涕时间(49.33±26.87)h,较对照组咳嗽时间(24.35±14.02)h及流涕时间(57.14±28.24)h无明显缩短,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论鼻腔冲洗辅助治疗上呼吸道感染可以缩短发热时间,减轻患儿症状,减少抗生素的使用,缩短疗程,减少住院费用,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal irrigation on children with acute upper respiratory infection. Methods From July 2014 to June 2015, 162 cases in our hospital pediatrics which was diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infection accompanied by fever were randomly divided into observation group(81 cases) and control group(81 cases), The patients in control group were given conventional treatment, in addition to the patients in observation group were given conventional therapy plus treatment with nasal irrigation. The cooling time, days of antibiotic use, cough time, runny nose time of two groups after treatment were recorded and compared. Results After treatment, the highest temperature was(38.83±0.52) ℃, cooling time was(28.06±16.32)h, days of antibiotic use was(1.73±1.89)d, hospital days was(4.07±1.10)d, hospitalization costs was(1087.15±268.43) yuan, And in control group, above indicators were(39.02±0.55)℃,(39.49±19.1)h,(2.58±1.90)d,(4.60±1.09)d,(1226.73±347.15) yuan, the difference were statistically significant(P〈0.05). In observation group, cough time was(23.89±10.60)h, runny time was(49.33±26.87)h, and in control group, above indicators were(24.35±14.02)h,(57.14±28.24)h, the difference were not statistically significance(P〉0.05). Conclusion Nasal irrigation on a secondary treatment of upper respiratory infection can shorten the duration of fever, relieve symptoms in children, reduce the use of antibiotics to shorten the course of treatment, reduce hospital costs, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
