PLC课程开放式实验/实训教学新模式探索

摘要 为解决PLC类课程在应用型人才培养过程中遇到的实验/实训教学问题,提出了一种以学生为中心的改革方案。在仔细分析目前教学过程中遇到的设备、学生、理论教学以及实验教学等问题后,设计一套学生自主选择实验/实训项目,确定实验时间的个性化培养方案。方案的效果通过个体考核加以验收,更加能够突出应用型人才培养的成果,达到学校培养人才和企业使用人才的双赢局面。 In order to solve experiment and practice teaching problems of PLC courses in applied talent training, a student centered reform program is put forward. After a careful analysis of the current teaching process, students, theoretical teaching and experimental teaching and other issues, a set of individualized training program that students independently choice experiment and practice projects and determine the experiments time is designed. The effect of the program through the individual assessment to be accepted, is more able to highlight the achievements of application oriented personnel training, to achieve a win-win situation that schools cultivate talents and enterprises use the talents.
