发酵豆粕促进仔猪肠道健康与减少氨气生成的机制 被引量:1

Mechanism of Fermented Soybean Meal Promoting the Intestinal Health of Piglets and Reducing the Formation of Ammonia

摘要 发酵豆粕能降低豆粕中的抗营养因子,提高饲料利用率,并减少仔猪腹泻。论文论述了断奶前后仔猪肠道菌群的变化,丁酸和氨气对断奶仔猪肠道健康的影响,并分析了发酵豆粕对断奶仔猪大肠丁酸产生菌和脲酶产生菌的影响,最后展望了发酵豆粕在促进仔猪肠道健康与减少氨气生成的机制,为进一步研究提供了参考。 Fermented soybean meal could reduce the anti-nutrition factors in soybean meal,improve feed efficiency and reduce the diarrhea of piglets.This article reviewed the changes of intestinal microflora in weanling piglets,analysed the effects of fermented soybean meal on the production of butyrate producing bacteria and urease producing bacteria in large intestine of weaned piglets,providing a reference for the future study.
