摘要
IEC61850协议已扩展应用于分布式能源(Distributed Energy Resources,DER)系统,但并未构建通信设备的配置、管理信息模型,给通信网络管理和维护带来问题。通过对DER场景下EPON系统架构和设备信息模型的研究,扩充并构建了IEC61850协议下的EPON设备信息模型,再由信息模型映射到制造报文规范(Manufacturing Message Specification,MMS)应用协议,实现了通信设备管理和并网操作的信息融合及TCP/IP传输。通过搭建实验系统,验证了所设计系统不仅能对DER并网提供灵活的通信配置支持,而且实现了业务系统与通信系统的统一监控。
The IEC61850 standard has been extended to the distributed energy resources(DER) field, but the configuration and management information model hasn't been constructed, which would bring great problem of the communication network management and maintenance. This paper studies the architecture and equipment information model method of EPON system for DER, designs the EPON equipment information models based on IEC61850. Then these information models and services are mapped into the MMS protocol. Thus, the information fusion and TCP/IP transmission of communication equipment management and grid-connection operation are achieved. An experimental system is set up, experimental results show that the system can provide flexible communication configuration for DER grid-connection, and realize the unified monitoring of business system and communication system.
