摘要
ISO15189实验室质量管理体系是科学化、系统化、规范化的管理平台,已受到广大教学医院检验科的推崇。结合四年制医学检验临床培养的要求,充分利用该管理体系资源,对于新形势下检验医学专业可持续发展,培养综合素质高、临床技能强的医学检验人才具有重要的现实意义。
ISO15189 laboratory quality management system is a scientific, systematic and standardized management platform, has been utilized by many clinical laboratory of teaching hospital. Combined with clinical training requirements of four-year medical laboratory specialty, make full use of these resources, it has important practical significance for high quality and skills of medical personnel training.
