摘要
山东某电厂石灰石一石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺产生的脱硫废水组分复杂,采用传统的中和/沉淀/絮凝处理工艺已经无法满足排放要求。针对此问题,采用沉淀/第一反应箱/第二反应箱/一级澄清器/第三反应箱/絮凝新工艺对传统工艺进行优化改造,出水水质达到《火电厂石灰石一石膏湿法脱硫废水控制指标》(DL/T 997—2006)规定的排放要求。
The composition of desulfurization wastewater from limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desul- furization(FGD) process in a power plant in Shandong Province was complex, the traditional neutraliza- tion/precipitation/flocculation treatment process could not meet the discharge requirements. Aimed at this problem, the precipitation/first reaction tank/second reaction tank/primary clarifier/third reaction tank/ flocculation process was used optimize the traditional process. After the reconstruction, the effluent quali- ty could meet the discharge requirements specified in the Discharge Standard of Wastewater from Lime- stone-gypsum Flue Gas Desulfurization System in Fossil Fuel Power Plants ( DL/T 997 - 2006).
