摘要
目的探索湿性愈合疗法联合化疗在乳腺癌癌性伤口管理中的应用及效果。方法选择2013年1月至2015年6月在乳腺内科住院的105例乳腺癌癌性伤口患者,在化疗同时由造口治疗师应用湿性愈合疗法对癌性伤口进行管理,管理要点包括创面处理、维持渗液平衡、控制疼痛、避免换药出血。结果 72例伤口面积缩小,缩小率达68.57%,所有伤口相关症状均有不同程度改善。结论湿性愈合疗法联合化疗能够促进乳腺癌癌性伤口面积缩小,改善伤口症状。
Objective To evaluate the effect of moist wound healing therapy combined with chemotherapy in cancer wound management of breast cancer patients. Method From January 2013 to June 2015,105 patients with breast cancer were recruited in the department of breast internal medicine. Breast cancer patients received chemotherapy and moist healing therapy, Management measures included treating wound bed, maintaining fluid balance,controling wound pain, avoiding dressing bleeding. Results Totally,72 cases of wound area was improved, the improvement rate reached 68.57 %, all wound related symptoms were improved. Conclusion Moist healing therapy combined with chemotherapy can promote the healing of wound area in patients with breast cancer.
