摘要
目的 观察银杏达莫注射液和血塞通注射液治疗0~1级糖尿病足的疗效。方法 符合纳入标准的80例0-1级糖尿病足患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组应用血塞通注射液治疗,治疗组应用银杏达莫注射液治疗。2周为1个疗程,观察两组患者的临床疗效、踝肱指数（ABI）变化。结果 治疗组和对照组治疗后总有效率分别为97.5%和75%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后ABI均无显著改善,治疗组和对照组ABI治疗前后差值比较,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病足疗效肯定,起效快,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the ginkgo da mo injection and blood plug injection in treatment of level 0 - 1 diabetic foot. Methods Totally 80 patients were included in the standard 0 - 1 grade diabetic foot patients, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group used blood flux injection treatment, the treatment group application of ginkgo biloba injection treatment. 2 weeks for a period of treatment, to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, ankle brachial index （ABI）. Results The treat- ment group and control group total effective rate was 97. 5% and 97. 5% respectively after treatment, two groups total ef- fective rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. ABI had no significant improvement after treatment in both groups, the treatment group and control group ABI difference comparison before and after the treat- ment, was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba da mo injection on diabetic foot has curative effect, work fast, is worth further clinical use.
