摘要
针对大山选矿厂磨矿产品粒度组成不合理的问题,进行了优化磨机球荷特性,提高磨矿产品粒度均匀性,增加中间可选粒级含量的实验室试验和工业化试验,工业试验结果表明,在优化磨机球荷特性后,磨矿分级溢流中磨矿细度、易选粒级(-200+38μm)含量分别提高了3.83、5.86个百分点,+200μm过粗粒级含量减少了3.75个百分点。进一步在实验室条件下对优化后的3#磨机分级溢流样和未优化的4#磨机分级溢流样进行浮选闭路试验,结果表明,前者在原矿品位略低的情况下铜精矿的产率和回收率分别高出0.52和1.24个百分点,达到了优化磨矿产品粒度组成提高铜浮选指标的结果。
In allusion to the problem that the size composition of grinding products was not reasonable in Dashan Ore-dressing Plant, both laboratory experiment and industrial experiment were doing to enhancing ball charge characteristics, improving granular uniformity of grinding product and increasing middle dressing size fraction contents. The results of industrial experiment indicate that, the grinding fineness ( - 74 μm) and middle dressing size fraction( -200 +38 μm) contents increased 3.83 and 5.86 points respectively, the unqualified coarse fraction ( + 200 μm) contents reduced 3.75 points when the ball charge characteristic were enhanced. The flotation circuit experiment was doing for classification overflow of 3 # mill and 4# mill under laboratory conditions, the ball charge characteristics of 3# mill was enhanced but 4# mill non- enhanced. The results indicate that the former copper concentrate yield and recovery are increased 0. 52 and 1.24 points under the conditions of its ore grade had a little low. In conclusion, the previous prediction of improving copper flotation indicator was achieved by enhancing size composition of grinding products.
