摘要
探讨TH598J新一代集聚纺自动落纱细纱机技术特点及实践效果,阐述该机型的技术规格、机械结构及性能特点,以CJ 9.7tex纱为例说明了该机在实际生产中的质量水平、千锭时断头率、留头率及集体落纱装置的使用情况。认为:TH598J新一代集聚纺自动落纱细纱机智能化、自动化、人性化、模块化程度高,生产效率高,更改品种工艺便捷,适纺范围广、成纱质量优良稳定。
To investigate TH598J a new generation of agglomeration spinning automatic doffing spinning machine technical characteristics and its application effect, describes the technical specifications of the models, mechanical structure and performance characteristics, to CJ 9.7 tex yarn as an example illustrates the the machine in actual production quality level, thousand ingot end breakage rate, leave the use of head rate and collective doffing device.
