摘要
介绍了SA-738 Gr.B焊接工艺研究所用的工艺评定标准和焊接工艺方法以及焊接材料选择等,然后介绍了工艺试验的目的、试验难点、试样制备及方法,最后分析了SA-738 Gr.B钢的横焊位置的工艺评定试验结果。结果表明,施工单位拟定的焊接工艺参数能够焊接出符合要求的焊接接头,拟定的焊接工艺正确可行。
At the beginning, this paper describes some aspects about welding process, including process qualification standard for welding process research, welding process methods, and welding materials. Then, the purpose and difticulties of process experiment, and preparing samples and test method have been introduced. At the end, the result of proeess qualification experiment, which is about horizontal position welding of steel SA-738 Gr.B,has been analyzed. According to the result of process experiment,the welding parameters chosen by the construction enterprise can be used to make a qualified welding joint, and the welding process drawn up by the construction enterprise is correct.
