摘要
本文从当前电子信息等行业人才需求量大等特性出发,深度剖析了涉农类民办高校计算机专业的现状,构建以学生为主体的教学创新,实施"3+1"应用型人才培养方案,重视实践教学,实施JITT模式;产学研结合,提高教师综合素质;引入职业认证、校企合作培养学生创新能力。根据自身特点不断探索创新人才培养的方式,为学生成功就业打下基础,为服务"三农"提供技术保障。
From the characteristics of large talent demands in electronic information industry, this paper analyzed the status of computer specialty in agriculture-related private colleges, and established the teaching innovation with students as the center, and implemented ＂3 ＋1＂ applied tulent cultivation program, including enhancing practice teaching and implementing JIT＇F mode, combining production-teaching-research and improving the overall quality of teachers, introducing professional certification and cultivating students＇ creative ability by school-enterprise cooperation. It should continue to explore the innovative ways of talent cultivation according to their characteristic, so as to lay the foundations for students＇ successful employment and provide technical support for servicing the three rural issues.
