摘要
目的：探讨针刺联合肌内效贴治疗急性面神经炎患者的临床疗效。方法将120例急性面神经炎患者按入院先后顺序分为两组，每组60例，均予以常规针刺治疗，研究组联合肌内效贴治疗，观察10 d。治疗前后采用 House‐Brackmann量表评定面神经功能状况及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组House‐Brackmann量表评分比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05），治疗后两组评分均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0．01），研究组评分显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。研究组总有效率为91．7％、对照组为70．0％，研究组显著高于对照组（χ2＝9．09，P＜0．01）。结论针刺联合肌内效贴治疗急性面神经炎患者效果显著，能有效改善患者面部神经功能，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with kinesio in acute facial neuritis .Methods A total of 120 patients with acute facial neuritis were divided into two groups of 60 ones each according to admission order ,both groups were treated with routine acupuncture treatment ,re‐search group was plus kinesio for 10 days .Facial nerve functions and efficacies were assessed with the House‐Brackmann Scale （HBS ） before and after treatment . Results There was no significant group difference in the HBS score before treatment （ P〉 0 .05 ） , those heightened more significantly in both groups after treatment （P〈 0 .01） ,and that was significantly higher in research than in control group （P〈0 .01） .Total effective rate was 91 .67% in research and 70 .00% in control group ,the former signifi‐cantly higher than the latter （χ2 =9 .09 ,P〈0 .01） .Conclusion Acupuncture combined with kinesio has an evident effect in patients with acute facial neuritis ,could effectively improve patients’ facial nerve func‐tions and boost efficacy ,and deserves clinical generalization and application .
