摘要
目的:对茵陈蒿汤联合双黄连粉针在母儿ABO血型不合治疗中的价值进行研究,为临床治疗提供指导。方法:将126例研究对象随机分为对照和观察两个研究组,分别予以茵陈蒿汤及其联合双黄连粉针进行治疗,治疗后就其疗效进行组间比较。结果:观察组总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的80.6%,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈蒿汤联合双黄连粉针在母儿ABO血型不合治疗中具有显著的疗效,具有推广价值。
Objective： Clinical values of the Yinchenhao decoction plus the Shuanghuanglian injection on maternal.fetal ABO blood group incompatibility were researched for more reference. Methods： 126 cases of research objects were randomly divided into the control group and the observed group. The control group was given the Yinchenhao decoction; and the observed group received the Yinchenhao decoction plus the Shuanghuanglian injection. Results： The total efficiency was 93.8% in the observed group, and 80.6% in the control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yinchenhao decoction plus the Shuanghuanglian injection was significantly effective on maternal.fetal ABO blood group incompatibility, and worthy of promotion.
