摘要
双极板的设计和其流场几何形状对质子交换膜燃料(PEMFC)电池的工作性能有着直接的影响。改进流场形状对电池的功率密度,反应物的运输起着重要的作用。将树状分形引入交指形流场的设计,通过对比分析,得出基于树状分形的交指形流场的质子交换膜燃料电池功率密度比交指流场的高了36.7%,并在一定范围内提高了氢气的利用率和质子交换膜的水含量。
The geometry design of bipolar plate and flow field has a direct influence on the work performance of the proton exchange membrane fuelcell (PEMFC). Optimizing the flow shape plays an important role in promoting the power density and the reactant transport. The tree fractal was introduced into the interdigital flow field. Through comparative analysis, the power density of the PEMFC with fractal tree-like flow field is 36.7% higher than the interdigital flow field, and it improves the utilization ratio of hydrogen and PEM water content in certain range.
