摘要
目的探讨老年肺结核的预防与控制对策。方法调查选取了2013年3月—2015年5月期间该院收治的153例老年肺结核患者作为研究对象,采用回顾性方法对病例资料以及诊治情况进行分析,制定老年肺结核的预防与控制对策。结果 153例老年肺结核患者无特异性临床症状,其中81例患者出现咳嗽,42例患者痰中带血,20例患者出现咯血,55例患者出现呼吸困难或气促,16例患者出现胸痛,19例患者发热,22例患者出现盗汗,37例患者出现纳差。老年肺结核患者的肺结核类型以浸润型为主,其次为血行播散型和慢性纤维空洞型。采用常规抗结核疗法治疗,患者临床症状得到显著改善且138例治愈。并发症发生情况为,67例患者并发肺气肿,19例患者并发肺心病,8例患者并发气胸。结论针对老年肺结核临床表现特点以及人群的特殊性制定相应的预防与控制对策,从而提高了老年肺结核的治疗效果、降低老年肺结核的发生率以及并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the prediction and control countermeasures of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly. Methods 153 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May, 2015 were selected as the research objects, and the case data and diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed, and the prediction and control countermeasures of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly were made. Results The survey showed that 153 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis had no specific clinical symptoms, among them, cough oc-curred to 81 cases, bloody sputum occurred to 42 cases, hemoptysis occurred to 20 cases, dyspnea or anhelation occurred to 55 cases, pectoralgia occurred to 16 cases, fever occurred to 19 cases, night sweat occurred to 22 cases and anorexia oc-curred to 37 cases, the pulmonary tuberculosis type in elderly was mainly infiltrative type, and the-hematogenous？dissemi-nated type and chronic fibrocavitary type were the second, and clinical symptoms of patients were obviously improved and 138 cases were cured. Conclusion Making the corresponding prevention and control countermeasures aiming at the clinical manifestation features and specialty of population can improve the treatment effect of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly and reduce the incidence rates of pulmonary tuberculosis in elderly and complications.
