摘要
目前,临床医护人员的医院感染预防控制能力还不足以有效控制医院感染的发生,需要对其进行规范化管理,提高预防控制能力,以改进医疗服务质量。本文在介绍武汉市某医院通过管理干预提高儿科门诊呼吸道传染病医院感染预防控制能力方法的基础上,分析并评价其实践的作用与效果。结果显示,管理干预后医护人员的预防控制能力、呼吸道传染病医院感染预防控制知识评分、预检分诊的实施率均高于干预前,干预后就诊患者的医院感染率降低,提示管理干预对儿科门诊呼吸道传染病医院感染预防控制能力的加强具有积极作用。管理干预方法实施过程中存在预防控制意识不高、实施困难、真实性有待考证等问题,因此,对医院感染管理提出完善医院感染管理体系、加强部门协作、重视医护人员作用、实行个性化管理等改进对策,旨在为儿科门诊呼吸道传染病的预防控制工作提供新思路及理论指导。
Nowadays,the hospital infection prevention and control ability of the clinical medical staff is not enough to control hospital infection effectively,the standardized management for the medical staff could improve the ability of hospital infection prevention and control and improve the quality of medical service. This paper introduced the internal medicine in order to improve the prevention and control ability of management intervention method of infection in the outpatient department of Pediatrics respiratory infectious disease hospital in of Wuhan University people＇s Hospital Pediatric Department,and analyzed and evaluated the effect of the practice. The results showed that the hospital infection prevention and control ability of medical staffs,the score of knowledge on the prevention and control of respiratory tract infectious disease hospital infection,the rates of implementation of patient triage after intervention were higher than before the intervention,the infection rate of patients in hospital after interventions was lower than before the intervention. It was suggested that management interventions had positive effect on strengthening the ability of prevention and control of respiratory tract infectious disease hospital infection in the outpatient department of Pediatrics; and summarized the existing problems such as lower awareness of prevention and control,difficult to practice,needs to improve the authenticity. Therefore,hospital infection management put forward some countermeasures such as Improving hospital infection management system,strengthening departmental cooperation,paying attention to medical staff. And it provided new idea and theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of respiratory diseases in the outpatient department of Pediatrics in the future. This study analyzed and evaluated the effect of management intervention on prevention and control capacity of the respiratory infectious disease hospital infection in outpatient department of Pediatrics. And this study provides some improving ideas and prospects for the future hospital infection management,and it provides new ideas and theoretical guidance for the control of respiratory diseases in the outpatient department of Pediatrics in the future.
