摘要
重点围绕连续长下坡路段重载货车的运营安全问题,系统总结归纳安全对策措施,并从主动对策和被动对策等多个方面对其进行阐述。划分道路安全等级,提出安全措施综合运用原则。最后以云南某高速公路为依托,提出安全保障措施建议,优化安全对策措施设置,为连续长下坡路段安全处治对策提供技术支撑。
The active countermeasures and passive countermeasures and some other methods are studied with regard with the truck operation safety issues on long continuous longitudinal slope. Road safety level is divided before comprehensive safety measures are proposed. Finally suggestions for safety guarantee and optimization countermeasures are worked out on the basis of the above research based on a highway project in Yunnan Province, and the results could provide technical support for highway safety.
