摘要
目的观察针刀治疗类风湿关节炎所致膝关节病变的临床疗效。方法将70例类风湿关节炎所致膝关节病变的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各35例,治疗组针刀治疗联合西医传统药物治疗,对照组仅予西医传统药物治疗,治疗1疗程(4周)后观察治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率为68.6%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论类风湿关节炎所致膝关节病变的患者经西医传统药物联合针刀治疗的疗效显著优于单纯的西医传统药物治疗,能在早期有效地改善患者病情,取得良好的临床治疗效果。
：Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupotomy in treating knee joint lesions induced by rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 70 patients which were confirmed knee joint lesions induced by rheumatoid arthritis were assigned into two groups by using the method of random number table. The treatment group of 35 cases adopted the acupotomy and Western conventional medicine. The control group of 35 cases was given Western conventional medicine treatment. After being treated for 4 weeks, the therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the contrast group was 94.3% and 68.6% , respectively. The treatment group was superior to the contrast group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of acupotomy and Western conventional medicine was better than that of the control group. It can effectively improve the patientg condition in the early stage, and got good clinical effect.
