摘要
基于国外成熟的高职人才培养模式,我国高职院校建立了符合中国特色的人才培养模式,基本遵循以"职业能力为中心"的指导思想,注重以职业岗位能力要求为目标来组织教学,重视学校和企业的合作。举办技能大赛是高职院校人才培养的重要途径,是联系学校与企业,学习与就业的纽带和桥梁,对加快高职院校人才培养模式改革,培养高技能高素质人才具有重要作用。
Based on the well- developed higher vocational talents training mode overseas, China＇ s higher vocational institutes have established the talents training mode in accordance with the Chinese characteristics, which basically abides by the guiding thought of ＂centering on vocational ability＂, pays attention to organizing the teaching with vocational position ability requirements as objectives, and emphasizes the school - enterprise cooperation. Vocational skills contest is an important route for higher vocational institutes to cultivate talents, and also the link and bridge to connect the school and enterprises, as well as learning and employment, and it is very important to accelerate the talents training mode reform of higher vocational institutes and cultivate highly - skilled and high - quality talents.
