摘要
制度包括正式制度和非正式制度,地域文化是非正式制度的重要组成部分,对地区经济产生深远影响。潮文化源远流长、独具特色,儒家文化和海洋文化从正反两个方面,既成为潮文化促进地区经济进步的因素,也成为潮文化制约当地现代经济发展的深层原因。具体化的意识形态、伦理道德、风俗习惯、宗教信仰及宗族势力的消极面,从不同角度制约了潮汕经济的与时俱进。因此,应从非正式制度的文化传承和文化创新两方面,来促进正式制度变迁,加快潮汕地区经济发展。
The institution consists of formal and informal components. As part of informal components,regional culture has a profound impact on the regional economy. Chaoshan culture is historic and unique. Onthe one hand, Confucian culture and marine culture are factors in promoting regional economy, on the otherhand, the underlying causes in restraining modern development of local economy. The informal component,which includes values, ethics, morals, customs, habits, ideology etc, restricted Chaoshan economy to advancewith the times. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen cultural heritage and cultural innovation to promote for-mal institutional change and accelerate the economic development of the Chaoshan area.
