摘要
将无水乙醇与正硅酸四乙酯按照4:1的比例混合水解,并用28%的氨水催化制备载体。选取溴酚蓝、甲酚红、氯酚红和刚果红各0.2mg作为混合p H敏感指示剂,采用溶胶凝胶法有机掺杂混合p H敏感指示剂制成具有宽量程的新型p H敏感膜,涂覆于光纤纤芯表面制成光纤p H传感器。利用光功率计验证修饰了该敏感膜的光纤p H传感器对p H值的响应范围、响应时间以及重复性和可逆性等各项性能。
Mixed 40ml Anhydrous ethanol with 10ml tetraethoxysilane and hydrolysis, using ammonia catalytic to prepare carrier preparation, selection of bromophenol blue, cresol red, chlorophenol red and Congo red as mixed pH sensitive indicator, taking the sol-gel method organic doping mix pH sensitive indicator to make a wide range pH sensor, coating the surface of the optical fiber core made of fiber optic pH sensor. Several important performance test is validated with optical power meter, include response range of pH value, response time, and various performance such as repeatability and reversibility.
