摘要
目的探讨双侧幕上外伤性颅内血肿的手术时机和手术方式。方法 对44例双侧幕上外伤性颅内血肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果恢复良好22例，中度残疾14例，重度残疾6例，死亡（包括自动出院）2例。结论选择合适的治疗方法和恰当的手术时机和手术方式可改善双侧外伤性颅内血肿患者的生存率和预后。
Objective Discussion on the timing of surgery and surgical approach for bilateral Supratentorial traumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods Clinical data on 44 cases of patients with bilateral supratentorial traumatic intracranial hematoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results Good recovery in 22 cases, moderate disability in 14 cases, six cases of severe disability, death （ including automatic discharge ） two cases. Conclusions Select the appropriate timing of surgery and appropriate surgical approach may improve survival and prognosis of patients with bilateral traumatic intracranial hematoma.
