摘要
数字化病案管理系统在笔者所在医院使用以来,历经多次改进,系统功能更完善、结构更优化,实用性和稳定性也有较大提高。为更好地服务医师、满足临床工作的需求,达到充分利用病案信息进行医疗、教学、科研活动的目的,笔者在数字化病案存储及病案的检索查询方面进行了改进。
The digital medical record management system in author＇s hospital after several improvements has more perfect function,and more optimized structure,its practicability and the stability also got greatly improved. To better serve the doctor to meet the needs of clinical work,to make full use of medical record information for medical treatment,teaching and scientific research activities,the improvement of medical record storage and digital medical record retrieval query are discussed in this papar.
