摘要
原子吸收石墨炉法广泛应用于土壤、食品、生物、水质等样品中的重金属检测,具有灵敏度高、选择性好、检出限低、成本相对较低等特点。稳健性试验考察分析结果是否随着参数设定的变化保持着适当的稳健性,其主要目标是鉴别那些必须仔细控制的条件,并找出特别注意的环境条件。通过确定7个全过程的变量,找出影响测定结果的最显著因素为最终定容体积。
Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has been widely used in the detection of heavy metals in soil, food, biological, water quality and other samples, with the characteristics of high sensitivity, good selectivity, low detection limit, low cost and so on.The robustness test was to investigate the analysis result's robustness ,the main objective was to identify the conditions that must be carefully controlled,and to identify the environmental conditions of particular attention.In this paper, the most significant factors affecting the determination results were found to be the final volume of the 7 whole process variables.
