摘要
目的调查杭州市患者用药依从行为现状,探讨其影响因素,为制定有效的健康干预措施提供科学参考。方法2015年5月采用分层随机抽样方法对杭州市784例患者进行自填式问卷调查。采用χ-2检验及二分类Logistic回归分析对数据进行处理,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 106例患者（13.5%）依从性好,678例患者（86.5%）依从性差。不同年龄、文化程度、职业类型、家庭月收入、慢性病患病情况、疾病对生活影响程度、用药知识水平的患者用药依从性比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。用药知识对患者用药依从性的影响最大（OR=1.563,95%CI为1.134-2.154）,其次是年龄和文化程度（OR=1.529,95%CI为1.258-1.858;OR=0.802,95%CI为0.648-0.992）。结论患者用药依从性较差,用药知识是最主要的影响因素。因此要加强医患沟通,对患者定期开展健康教育,提高患者用药知识水平,从而提高患者用药依从性,促进患者恢复健康。
Objective To explore the medication adherence in patients in HangZhou and its influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for effective health intervention measures. Methods The survey was carried out among 784 cases of patients in Hangzhou using stratified random sampling method in May 2015, adherence was measured by the self-designed questionnaire. All data was analyzed by chi square test and Logistic regression,P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 106 eases （13.5%） of patients had good medication adherence, 678 cases（86.5%） had poor medication adherence. Variables associated with medication adherence were different age, education level, job, monthly family income, prevalence of chronic illness, the influence of disease on life, as well as the level of medication knowledge, the differences of medication adherence had statistical significance（all P〈0.05）. The level of medication knowledge, age and educational level was the main factor affecting medication adherence in patients（OR=1.563,95%CI 1.134-2.154; OR=1.529,95%CI 1.258 -1.858; OR=0.802, 95%CI 0.648-0.992）.Conclusion Patients had poor medication adherence, the level of medication knowledge was the main factor. Strengthen the doctor-patient communication and carry out health education regularly can improve the medication adherence in patients, so as to promote their health condition.
