PD-1/PD-L1信号通路及其抗体在肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 肿瘤免疫治疗已成为肿瘤治疗的重要研究领域和突破点,细胞免疫方面,嵌合抗原受体(CAR)T细胞在治疗血液肿瘤的临床试验已取得实质突破,抗原特异性T细胞受体(TCR)基因转导T淋巴细胞在黑素瘤等肿瘤治疗中显示出巨大潜能;抗体应用方面,细胞毒性T淋巴细胞蛋白4(CTLA4)抗体在2011年获得美国食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)批准。抗程序性死亡蛋白1(PD-1)抗体和抗PD-1配体(PD-L1)抗体则成为肿瘤免疫研究中新的热点,PD-1抑制剂Opdivo治疗晚期肺鳞状细胞癌和现行金标准多西他赛相比,持续显示生存期疗效优势,18个月总生存率是标准疗法的2倍。本文总结了PD-1/PD-L1信号通路及其抗体研究进展。
