摘要
卡梅伦政府上台以来,中英双方高层互访频繁,各领域合作全面深化。中英关系的"黄金时代"水到渠成。这既是"英国利益第一"传统结合灵活、务实外交原则的体现,更反映出英国政府对世界经济重心和当前权力转移的认可。目前,中英关系已成为英国外交重中之重。虽然美国因素和英国内政治对双边关系仍不时有所干扰,但仍有理由对中英关系总体平稳态势保持谨慎乐观。
Since Cameron’s party comes to hold power,the high-level exchange visits between China and UK have been frequent and the cooperation in various fields has been deepened comprehensively. Under this circumstance,the so called ＂golden age＂emerges,which is not only the embodiment the combination of the tradition of ＂UK interest first＂with flexible and pragmatic diplomacy principles,but also the reflection of the UK government’s recognition on the transitions of world economic center and current power. Currently,the bilateral relation with China becomes the UK’s diplomatic priority. Although there are still some potential interferences to China-UK relation,like the allies with US and internal politics in UK,the bilateral relation would be stable on the whole,and for these reasons,we could keep a kind of cautious optimism in the long run.
