摘要
为解决SCM440棒材产品锻打、切削使用过程中出现的内部裂纹问题,采用低倍检测、扫描电镜观察与能谱分析方法分析SCM440钢工件裂纹产生原因。分析表明,原材料存在较严重的斑点状疏松和偏析,锻后和热处理后残余应力较大是导致工件产生裂纹的主要原因,结合生产工艺情况得出,冶炼时过热度偏高、连铸机设备故障及坯料选型偏小等问题影响了最终产品的质量,导致了产品严重的斑点状疏松和偏析等质量缺陷的产生。
In order to solve the problem of internal cracks in the process of forging and cutting of SCM440 bar, the reason for the cracks of SCM440 workpiece were analyzied by metallographic analysis, sanning electron microscope observation and energy spectrum analysis. The result showed that the main reasons for cracks of the workpiece were serious speckle porosity and segregation of raw materials and large residual stress after forging and heat treatment. According to the production process, the high temperature, the failure of the continuous casting machine and the small selection of the billet result in the serious speckle porosity and segregation.
